This is the third time we have taken our vehicle for the same issue. It goes without saying that not getting a resolution is getting extreme frustrating, but also not having any idea as to when this will be resolved is more than upsetting. After waiting over an hour and a half, we were notified that they have done everything they can and acknowledged that GM is aware of the issue and is working on the problem. I asked where do we go from here? Will you contact us or do I need to keep checking in? The service advisor just shrugged their shoulders and gave us no idea how to move forward. Needless to say this was quite confusing as this is a GMC Certified Service Department. My wife and I left, very disheartened due to the fact that it's 90 miles round trip, three times, hours sitting waiting for the work to be completed, to have nothing more accomplished than when we started. We stated this when we were ready to leave and were presented the option to go to the GMC dealership in Green Bay as it was closer i stated we bought the vehicle here and thought they would see these issues through. As we left, I noticed one of the window deflectors was missing. I asked if they drove the vehicle anywhere to which they stated it never left the lot. I was then shown a picture of our vehicle as we arrived earlier missing the deflector. I acknowledged it must have come off on our way there. I asked if this was covered under warranty as it was on the vehicle when we purchased it from this dealership. I was told it was aftermarket and would be our responsibility. I asked what it would take to replace to which we were told they would get right on it and get back to us when they have a better idea. My wife and I left. About a half hour later I received a call stating an estimated cost without paint, as the color was custom to the color of the vehicle. At the moment I couldn't talk and stated I would get back to them. I returned the call about a half hour later and was forced to leave a voicemail as no advisor was available. I did leave a message asking to be emailed a detailed estimate so I could review and establish a time frame for the repair to be completed. I have not heard back. The comment about maybe we should go to the Green Bay dearlship instead felt like we were being shoved off to avoid the issues at hand. Needless to say we will be looking to go elsewhere as the issues are not being addressed in a manner that gives my wife and I any satisfaction that our issues were important.

We had to go in for 15,000 miles check up. We were early but they got us right in and it was done fast! I can’t remember her name but the girl that was working in the service desk was very friendly.

I had an appointment scheduled and there were several others at same time. I don’t blame the sales man but it was very hectic and felt rushed. All staff was rushing around. I was there 3 hours which wouldn’t be bad if things were in order. The car gas tank was empty. I didn’t get my paper plates. They had to struggle to get someone to show me how things work in the car but Kaidence did a good job but felt things were missed. I didn’t get a copy of pass words as I was suppose to. Not even sure I got my Chevy points. This is my 3 rd purchase and the worst experience ever. I actually felt like crying when I left. I woke up for 2 nights upset about it all. I am not one to give negative reviews and completely understand when things get very busy but this is unexceptionably not right. I received an apology and told maybe a review wasn’t a good thing to do as he had a perfect review history. He was sincerely apologetic. Very nice man and very willing to help etc. I didn’t didn’t receive a lot of information about the car I was going to lease and was disappointed in lack of fractures but for payments I wanted to be in, it works. I like the car but. It as much as I hoped. There was a lot missing compared to my last 2 leases. I am not sure I will go back again or not. I need time for these uneasy feeling to go away. It was a bad feeling I couldn’t shake. They had to call me for insurance and picture of my plate. That should of been done before I left. Still can’t get over the gas tankless empty and had to follow them to gas station. So unprepared and chaotic by not just one but all. Something about end of month and pushes them through. It is no way to treat your customers and when you have an appointment you deserve this time and not juggling between others. Like I said the sales man is a very kind considerate man that needed 3 of him. Writing this makes me sad but I feel the truth needs to be told.

I appreciate the dealership letting me test the vehicle prior to purchase. Overall, the process was quick and efficient. Nicole was responsive, and even delivered the vehicle on her day off. I felt that she was sometimes minimally distracted requiring reminders of what we had previously discussed and agreed upon. Making a checklist for customers that are traveling to view/purchase vehicles may help make for a more smooth transaction.

Called one day and was in the next day for an oil change. This has not been the experience in the past so appreciate the change in workflow to accommodate requests for quick turnaround. As always, love the valet service when busy working all day and not having time to sit at a service center for over an hour.

Only complaint I have is that the billing statement doesn't show the name brand of the parts used. Pads and rotors don't cost the price that's on my billing. I understand the labor, but not the parts charges.

Oil change was fine, valet service was great. Vehicle is a 2024, and the auto dimming headlight switch does not work. Paperwork said unable to duplicate the issue. Well, hello??? When the headlights are on, push the button on the directional light lever and there you have it..... NOTHING because it does NOT WORK!!!!!! Will try another dealership for service next

I came in for an oil change/tire rotation appointment for 3:00. I was 20 minutes early, but the stall was open so I drove in. The gentleman behind the service desk was very nice and directed me to the service area. I had my dog with me, which he said was fine, and on my way to the waiting area more than one very friendly employee stopped to talk to me. The problem I had was with the length of time it took for the service work. I didn’t drive out of the shop until 4:30. I think 2 hours to change oil and rotate tires is more than excessive. Perhaps there were not enough employees on that day to cover the work needed, but the shop seemed very quiet with only two vehicles and two technicians.

Took to long for oil change. They told me about an hour for oil change and when hour was up I looked into shop and my truck was sitting in the completed area. I figured it was done so i figured someone would be in soon. Well that didn't happen so I went in and asked if my truck was done and nobody had a clue. Finally I went into the back and asked someone if it was done so they looked at the computer and told him its been done. Nobody and a clue and made me wait an extra half hour. And in in another case my Mom went there for her appointment for oil change and they made her wait two hours.

Service/inspection was fine. I assume all services were done properly. While there I found out I was being charged for a hitch installation that was done when I bought the car. I was told this expense was part of the negotiated price of the car, now I'm told that was not the case and owe $735.. I relayed my feelings to the salesman I dealt with, told him this was the kind of B.S. you get with Riverside (another local GM dealer), but not from Koehne. Guess I was wrong. Maybe it's time to go back to the local Ford dealer!!!!

It was necessary to make 5 90 mile round trips to get my vehicle back to normal. Things break, parts aren’t always in stock; and o get that! But when I’m told that the repair will take 1 hour and I’m in the lobby for 4 hours and became a little frustrated. Trip 1 - emergency diagnosis of problem - no appt, no service Trip 2 - next morning, repair Coolant control valve. Leaking began shortly after this 3 hour appointment Trip 3 - vehicle examined. Coolant dye added Trip 4 - coolant leak identified, crushed gasket from original coolant control valve repair. No parts available Trip 5 - 1 hour gasket replacement. 4 hours later, “ your vehicle is ready and ni charge to you” Well no there shouldn’t have been a charge because the CCV was service bulletined and carries a 15 year 150000 miles protection, but all my trips and time are valuable to me. I could have chose a more convenient GM repair shop and my service advisor should recognize that. An offer for a couple complimentary oil changes would have been appreciated after all my driving and waiting time. I may have been eligible for a loaner vehicle, but what would that have accomplished? Get in the loaner to just turn around and drive another 45 minutes back to the dealership to get my truck! A lot of my time when into this warranty repair :(

Vehicle was brought in for scheduled oil change. After leaving dealership and driving about8 miles emergency low oil pressure shut do we immediately came on and I pulled over and shut it down immediately.oil was leaking from filter unit. Called dealer and they sent tow truck very quickly. Once back at the dealership it was discovered that the o ring on the filter was not properly installed. Vehicle was repaired and I was given a coupon for a free oil change. Staff was very courteous. My only concern was if any damage happened to the engine? No one seemed to think so but I am still a little concerned. Drove it back to Norway MI. And it ran normally. The vehicle has always been serviced by Koehne since I bought it, with excellent results. Just wanted this noted in case some happens to the engine in the near future.
