COVID-19 Updates

The unpredictable and unprecedented nature of the situation continues. The dealership has been deep cleaned, much like other businesses that have the public in them during this period. We have reopened and are conducting business with protective measures in place.

We worked with the local health service agencies and we are proud to say we have gone above and beyond their expectations. We have quite a bit of positive feedback for our actions and for putting the well-being of our employees, customers and vendors ahead of everything else.

By the way, we can’t say enough good things about the local health officials; working with them was insightful and smooth. They were very helpful, and we appreciate all the work they do.

As an essential business, as designated by the State of Wisconsin (WI DHS EMO #12, 13.k; WI DHS EMO #28, 13.k), we look forward to getting back to helping our community.

These are extraordinary times. The impact of the Coronavirus situation has impacted all our lives. We have always taken great pride in our ability to respond in times of crisis, and the current situation is no exception. The health and safety of our employees and customers is our primary focus. In accordance with the CDC, WHO and Wisconsin DHS, we have implemented increased infection control measures to help flatten the curve and protect the capacity of the health care system to serve those who will suffer with the most severe disease from COVID-19.

For example:

• Proper infection control processes are in place for all entrances and high-volume, high-touch areas are wiped down with anti-bacterial wipes on a scheduled basis including doors, handles, counter tops, etc.
• Infection control processes are also in place for key touch points for courtesy vehicles, test-drive vehicles, and customer vehicles that are here for service, trade appraisals or body work.
• We are practicing Social Distancing, keeping at least six feet between each other and our customers and we avoid physical contact, such as shaking hands, fist-bumps etc.
• We have suspended all large meetings of team members

The State of Wisconsin has designated auto repair and sales as essential business to remain at this time. Enhancing our preventive measures allows us to continue to serve your automotive service, collision and purchase needs. We are aware that not all members of the community would prefer to come to our building and we fully understand. We have implemented a few additional services to help accommodate our customers:

• We offer pick-up and drop-off of your vehicle for service at no additional charge (Marinette, Peshtigo, Menominee and Porterfield addresses)
• Our website shows all our inventory and, utilizing the Shop-From-Home button, you can create a personalized home-shopping experience, including a secure online credit application
• A product expert can create a personalized video of your vehicle of interest for you to view on YouTube
• We will bring a vehicle to your driveway for you to test drive
• We will appraise your vehicle at your location or virtually to determine trade value
• No matter if you purchase a new or used vehicle, we will deliver your vehicle to your home
